From quick check to airline claim

Start with the flight or baggage checker. We confirm the legal route, request any missing evidence, prepare the claim and keep pressure on the airline.

You get a written view before committing. If the airline pays, our fee is 30% of the recovered compensation.

Check eligibility

We confirm the law, route distance, airline and delay or baggage evidence.

Prepare the claim

We organise your details into a claim the airline can assess properly.

Chase payment

We deal with airline responses and handle legal fees if escalation is needed.

FAQ

Questions passengers ask first

Do I need a flight number?

No. Start with the airline, route and date. We will look for matching flights and ask you to choose only if more than one operated that route.

Can I claim for a cancelled flight?

Often, yes. Cancellation claims depend on notice timing, rerouting offered and the airline's reason for cancelling.

How much can I claim?

Flight claims can be £220, £350 or £520 per passenger under UK261, or €250, €400 or €600 under EU261.

What if the airline says extraordinary circumstances?

We check the stated reason against flight records, airport disruption data and the evidence the airline provides.

Do I pay upfront?

No. We charge 30% only if the airline pays, and we handle legal fees if escalation is needed.
