Rail claim evidence
Delay Repay, EU rail and Eurostar are different

Train delay compensation depends on the operator, ticket type, delay length and route. UK Delay Repay can use 15 or 30 minute thresholds depending on operator. EU rail and Eurostar have different cash and voucher routes. MeTrains separates the claim path before evidence is requested.

01
UK rail
Keep the ticket, booking reference, operator, scheduled train and actual arrival time.
02
Eurostar
Check voucher versus cash options before accepting the easiest offer.
03
Business travel
Corporate bookings can still be claimable, but the booking reference may sit in a travel platform.
