Use this page for tickets, booking confirmations, boarding passes, receipts, photos, PIR reports, delay messages, payslips, HMRC records, bills, notices or any other supporting evidence.

You need the claim reference and the email address used on the claim.
You can upload up to 8 files at a time, 12MB maximum per file.
Uploads appear inside the claim detail on the management dashboard.
