MeClaims FAQ
Quick answers on flight numbers, cancelled flights, compensation levels, airline defences, fees and baggage evidence.
Do I need a flight number?
For flight delay compensation, yes. Flight number plus date lets us verify the operated flight, route and arrival time.
Can I claim for a cancelled flight?
Often, yes. Cancellation claims depend on notice timing, rerouting offered and the airline's reason for cancelling.
How much can I claim?
Flight claims can be £220, £350 or £520 per passenger under UK261, or €250, €400 or €600 under EU261.
What if the airline says extraordinary circumstances?
We check the stated reason against flight records, airport disruption data and the evidence the airline provides.
Do I pay upfront?
No. We charge 30% only if the airline pays, and we handle legal fees if escalation is needed.
